During the design phase, I found them responsive. However, the final phases have been most stressful. The production costs are exorbitant! It is a cookbook with pictures. I paid for premium paper. I bought a specific children's book they had published to confirm the quality of paper. However, my pictures are printed on matt paper.It has taken weeks to list on Amazon. They are still unable or rather they tell me they are unable to direct Amazon on how to list the versions. It is my understanding that Amazon will list the information you provide.They still haven't listed the paperback version. I am not just looking to discredit the company. I actually acknowledged them in the manuscript, it is the last phase that has been most stressful. I found a local printer that has quoted have the price on silk paper etc. It is listed on Waterstones without a picture of the book - deliverable in 6 - 7 weeks! Will I use this company again?? Definitely not! I wait for the listing etc to be rectified. I wish my experience is similar to the others here.
