I purchased a coat for my partner for Christmas, expecting a stylish military design based on the image. Instead, after three weeks, I received a completely different coat of poor quality with no labels. When I contacted the company via email, they insisted I pay for return shipping to China for a refund or accept a 20% refund while keeping the wrong item. I refuse to cover their mistake. The email exchanges have been frustrating and unproductive. I strongly recommend avoiding this company. I wish I had seen these reviews before placing my order. I've now filed a dispute with my bank.
