It's been over 2 months since I paid £35 to return a coat, and I still haven’t received a refund. They claim my coat is stuck in customs and that I need to contact them to pay a customs charge, which is impossible. I've talked to Royal Mail, and the support team has been unhelpful, just giving me excuses. I've already lost £140 with nothing to show for it. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE. I've reported this to my bank for investigation.
