Third class product and pathetic service. I got my parcel a month ago, paid for a jacket which was looking good on the website and when it came it was a third class product. I contacted them four times and didn’t get a proper response and then they said you have to send the product back on your own expense. Till today I don’t even know at which address do I have to send the product back.
