Received two items one completely different from one ordered. Took ten days to arrive. Complained and received polite but unhelpful response after sending many e mails. Second item quality less than expected. Was informed that I would need to pay the fee to return even though wrong item sent. Never use this company again. Also they infer Marco-Marino London in their advertising.Have never had any issues returning items to clothing companies ever before.I’ll make claim through credit card company.
