Truly god awful company and very likely a scam. I placed a very large order with them and after no correspondence for AN ENTIRE MONTH I queried this. I was advised that my package was lost in the post and I should check the tracking (which I never received). I was advised that I could have a refund or have the items sent again. I said I wanted a refund and they ignored this, deciding that I would have the items sent out again, 'free of charge' which is ironic as they weren't sent in the first place. I asked for a refund multiple times during my email exchange and was constantly ignored.Eventually, I contacted my credit card company with all of the evidence and they agreed to cancel the payment.Completely unacceptable and incredibly stressful.Avoid this company at all costs.
