Hi, it took over 2 weeks for the jacket to arrive, no where does it say it will take this long. The website states next day shipping and free delivery to UK suggesting they are in the UK but they are in China. When the jacket arrived it was extremely poor quality. They take days to get back to you and expect you to send returns back to China. I raised a chargeback with my credit card company and have received a refund that way. Hope you found this helpful.
