I strongly advise against purchasing from this company. The product quality is extremely poor—items arrived without labels, with visible stitching flaws, and overall substandard craftsmanship. However, the most frustrating aspect has been the customer service. Despite following their stated returns policy, the process has been unnecessarily difficult and obstructive. I’ve sent over ten emails and still haven’t received a resolution. This experience has been deeply disappointing from start to finish.
