I ordered a coat for my partner for Christmas, expecting a stylish military design. However, the coat arrived three weeks later, looking completely different and made from poor quality materials with no labels. Upon contacting the company, I was told I needed to pay for return shipping to China for a refund or accept a 20% refund while keeping the incorrect item. I refuse to pay for their mistake. The email exchanges have been frustrating, and I feel like I'm getting nowhere. I strongly advise against this company. I wish I had seen these reviews beforehand. I've now raised a dispute with my bank.
