The ring I bought for my husband is beautiful and my husband loves it. Unfortunately he lost the first one because it was too big. So I ordered another that was smaller but still too big. When I wrote and told the company, Emily from customer support said I could replace that one with a smaller size at a much smaller price which I did. It fits perfectly!!! Made both of us very happy.
