I recently spent over €100 on shampoo and conditioner from this brand, expecting top quality. Unfortunately, after using them, my hair has become dry, unmanageable, and nothing like what was promised.When I reported this, I was told that the products might be past their expiration date and that the responsibility lies with the seller because I received the products from my sister. This feels like they're shifting the blame. For such a high price, I expect better service and products that deliver on their promises, regardless of where they were purchased. Very disappointing—I do not recommend this brand.
