Mariano’s Westmont location - 10/22/21 -Saw a young male employee leaning on the counter talking to the young woman making Squeeze drinks - A male shopper asked this young man a question and I heard him reply they were short of staff and didn’t have that service today. Later at check out I asked to speak to the store manager because 3 employees were wearing their masks under their noses - come to find out the man leaning on the counter chatting to another employee is Tyler a manager- when I asked him to talk to the employees about proper wearing of faces masks he said there was nothing wrong with wearing them under their nose. I’m not going back to the Westmont store when even the manager on duty doesn’t comply with company requirements.And nothing they advertised on sale was available- on Friday at 2 in the afternoon- There is another Marino's in Naperville it is much nicer - too bad - the Westmont store is closer but my health is more important than convenience
