Terrible experience. Placed my 1st on line delivery order on line. Please know I do this every week from Jewel, but they had no slots open. I place the order 4/9, with a delivery date of 4/16. I go in to add something to my order. No big deal. I look at my bank account and thet have taken $510.00 from my account. I was on the phone today for 4 hours and 40 minutes trying to resolve this. Nothing. I even called the corporate headquarters in California, and was assured the person would call me back. Nothing. Now I have to figure out how to get my money back. In this day and age a couple hundred dollars is ALOT of money. My 1st experience will be my last. What a shame.
