Misrepresentation, Poor Quality, and Unacceptable Customer Service

I placed an order with this company on February 19 totaling $275.00 USD and did not receive it until March 18, nearly 30 days later. The package arrived damaged, which already raised concerns about handling and shipping standards.Unfortunately, the issues did not stop there. The products I received did not match what was advertised on their website. The leggings did not follow the sizing guide provided and were inconsistent in fit, and the tank top included branding that did not match the product images online. These are not minor discrepancies, they reflect clear misrepresentation of the product.From a consumer protection standpoint, this falls under misleading commercial practices as defined by the Unfair Commercial Practices Directive, which requires that companies provide accurate and truthful representations of their goods.What made this experience significantly worse was the customer service. Over the course of 11 email exchanges spanning more than 10 days, I was repeatedly met with delays and circular responses that failed to resolve the issue. Juliana, who has been handling this case, refused on multiple occasions to connect me with a manager or supervisor, despite repeated and explicit requests. This is not only a waste of the customer’s time, but also reflects a company avoiding accountability rather than addressing the problem directly.I requested a full refund based on the condition of the items, the misrepresentation, and the overall experience. The company refused to provide a prepaid return shipping label, despite shipping internationally, effectively placing the burden and cost back on the customer for their own errors.At this point, this is not just about a poor purchase. It reflects a broader issue with quality control, transparency, and how this company handles legitimate customer concerns.
