Not too charming on customer service, I have just had this email about returning my item, which arrived to me with a mark on the sleeve. I would avoid this company if you want a reasonable response when things go wrong:‘I want to remind you that you will be responsible for the return fees as we as we covered high shipping fees to your location….If you’re located outside the EU, please note that we are not covering customs and suggest you please declare the value as a $10 gift the lowest possible fee since this shipment is a return and the package value is a return/gift. Unfortunately, if you don’t declare low fees to avoid custom high fees, we will pay for it and deduct it from your refund’
