The website claims a 90-day return policy, but it turned out to be only 30 days, which is quite misleading. Additionally, the company's CEO mentioned on social media that email and phone contact are important for direct communication, yet there's no phone number available. This is another inconsistency. The most frustrating part is that they approved the return of the bra for a full refund but only offered store credit for the other items, and I was unaware of the 7-day return window. Their policy states that a return 'may' lead to cancellation, which adds to the confusion. I explained that we couldn’t leave the house due to my child's severe illness during the day, which is when the postal service operates. I still haven’t received any response from them. This is unacceptable! I won’t purchase from them again and will share my experience widely regarding their poor customer service and lack of empathy for my situation. And seriously, who runs a customer service operation without a phone number?
