If you are trying to return items for their quality, fit or anything else they try to bribe you with partial refunds in 10/20/30/40/50% steps if you arent accepting them, they expect you to ship it on your own expense back to Hong Kong. If you ask them for a local return address they ghost you. Luckily i paid via PayPal so lets see how that will go. Update on the Paypal case: Even there they try to lowball you with low offers to resolve the issue (which is interesting since they offer higher compensation in emails), after that they insist that you return it to them (China, on your own expenses to a shopping mall, not even a warehouse or anything...)So even with PayPal its a pain to return the wares. Stay away from shops like these.If you contact them on their other social media there is a big chance that they'll block you, happened to me on there Instagram. So yeah, definitely shady...
