I upgraded this for my son and paid using my email and credit card. However, every time he needs to use it, they send a link to my email account- there is NO password that he can access himself, and since he goes to boarding school abroad, he can't log in as the link is sent to my email account!I've tried emailing them to change my email to his, but there's been no response from them.
