After persistent follow-ups, I invited a representative to my studio. They presented supposed examples of their work, and we signed a contract. I paid $1,500 for a website that was promised in 3 months. Now, 6 months later, I haven't received anything. They haven't responded to my calls or provided any updates. I'm trying to rebuild my business after a personal loss, and I trusted this would be a solid investment, but I feel completely exploited. I have documented everything: the contract, conversations, their visit, and recordings. I'm pursuing legal action. Please be cautious; my experience with this company was marked by a total absence of professionalism and commitment. They are not trustworthy—avoid doing business with them.
