They reached out multiple times offering website services, making numerous calls and video chats without ever showing their faces. After months of persistence, I invited a representative to my studio. They presented supposed examples of their work, and we signed a contract. I paid $1,500 for a website that was promised within 3 months. Now, 6 months later, I have received nothing.
They have ignored my calls and failed to provide any updates. As I work to rebuild my business after a significant personal loss, I struggle daily. I trusted this investment would be worthwhile, but I was completely exploited. I have documented everything: the contract, our communications, their visit, and video recordings. I am already pursuing legal action. Please exercise caution. My experience with this company was marked by a complete lack of commitment and professionalism.
