I wanted to order a celebration cake. I checked the Marks and Spencer's website yesterday and today. The information states you can order and collect cake in three days, get it by 21st December. I tried to order the cake which I needed for 22nd December but the earliest date offered was 30th December! I tried to contact customer services to complain but there was no email option. I phoned the Customer Services phone number on website but it did not work! I think the company needs to seriously look into keeping their website information up to date and not mislead customers! I am angry and very disappointed!
