Absolute shambles ordered a delivery and was given dates when the items would arriveby.Can not believe that they use EVRI. Apparently, so I was told by M and S Customer Service. M and S have NO Control over the delivery ????? that is down to EvriCalled them yesterday but they were un helpful as the parcel could be delivered by 7pm. Evri never deliver that late and the parcel has been stuck at the local depot for 3 days but still didn't arriveThe other part of the order is due tomorrow but was not dispatched til late last night....I was also told that by the operative in South Africa that he would phone me at 11 oclock this morning to make sure it had arrived. Gave them till 11.35 and then phoned them.The operative, Zinale was brilliant in her customer skills but her hands are tied by H.O seamingly.Have used M and S all my adult life as they represented the best quality and service. Will be a long time before I will use them again unless they sort out their deliveries.Are they penny pinching by using EVRI?If anyone in senior management is reading this my ordernumber is 301-0060136-1987165
