Tried to change two tee shirts from my usual size 10 to a size 12. I had no receipt, but proof of payment on a bank statement. I didn't want a refund, just replacements to the larger size. This was REFUSED because of the ongoing issues with the CYBER attack back in April. I thought this had all been resol;ved??I was then told I had only 30 days to get the exchange but they didint seem tio understand the dalay was DOWN TO THEM. An exchange could perhaps been arranged if it had been referred to a superviser by the cashier, but by then we were fed up with the continual refusal and walked off. Not good customer relations.
