Ordered online three items of clothing on a Wednesday informed delivery would be the following Monday with Evri, this failed as did the promise of being delivered on the Tuesday then the Wednesday.On telephoning Marks and Spencer with great difficulty due me not speaking Hini and the staff apparently not understanding English, I was told that Evri had lost the package and a replacement order would be raised, later I received an e-mail confirming the replacement oder however this showed only two items, phoned again trying to explain one item was missing, after having to repeat myself several times I gave up and repectfully said I was sorry but I simply could'nt understand what they were saying I requested that I wished to make a complaint and they eventualy understood and that someone would phone me back, of course nobody did. This is so frustrating and takes away any enjoyment of shopping with M and S.
