Aftercare support for furniture has been terrible. My sofa has a broken leg, repaired by M&S twice and is broken again. I have spent far to long emailing for an acceptable resolution, even had compensation offered which was then withdrawn before I could accept it!! I have repeatedly asked to speak with a manager and none will return my call (email only to fob me off) . Such a shame when I have bought so much from M&S over the years.
