While I am happy to plod on and shop with the slow systems at present, this morning tried to sign in to my account and it won't let me in until I change my password. Changed password and keep saying user name and password is wrong. Customer service tells me that it is because everyone is doing the same thing and it will take time to work Why are they asking all at the same time if the system cannot cope. Husband can't sign in either unless he changes his password so we are both without our sparks.
