Poor serviceBra Fit Very bad service assistant unhelpful to the point if being rude and intimidating.Changing room to far to small and tatty not the usual purpose designed I have experienced previously.M&S have moved the ladies underware department down a floor and are using the changing general changing rooms which is not appropriate they are also quite a distance away I pointed this out and assistant admitted was a waste of time for staff and coustomer.Assistant was not available when I arrived for my pre booked appointment causing a delay while staff arranged for her attend. Very unpleasant experience.
