On 31st March I made a purchase, for collection at Grafton Street Marks & Spencers on 7th April. On 7th April I got an email to tell me the order was delayed and was to be collected by 13th April. Today I emailed to see what was happening and was told the products aren't in stock and I'm getting a refund.So - if the Irish M&S website tells you something is in stock, that doesn't mean it's actually in stock. And they won't bother letting you know that it's not in stock until you chase them up two weeks later.
