I purchased a necklace from this company. It looked really nice online - bedazzled pink boxing gloves as a gift for my niece for Christmas. I paid priority shipping charges for 4-6 day delivery but it instead arrived about a month later after I emailed to get the shipment cancelled given the delay and missed holiday. They shipped it upon receiving my email despite, so I planned to keep the necklace, but it did not meet my expectations. It was flat with a weird grid in the back, not 3D boxing gloves. It took multiple emails to get a return set up and they refused to answer their phone. The return was directed to be shipped to China rather than the US location it shipped from. Unfortunately, we have to jump through hoops to send any thing there now including creating an account with customs and filing out forms that are difficult to find (probably on purpose). It can take up to a week just to get a shipping label and Markus Dayan has a 14 day return policy from time of receipt for full returns (also probably on purpose). So I requested an alternative return address from Markus Dayan with in the US as they as supposedly an LA based company. I received no response and sent multiple emails. I ended up returning it to their warehouse (returned to sender) in the US. Markus Dayan all of a sudden was able to respond to emails to let me know my product was lost and I would receive no refund. Of course it was too difficult to tell me this before hand when I asked. My nightmare began December, 2025 and continued through all of January, 2026. They received the return February 3rd. So in the end, they kept the necklace for resale and refused refunding me my money. Terrible company. Terrible customer service. They are very unprofessional and will not hold themselves accountable. I do not advise doing business with them, as they are very shady.
