Same problem. Subscription based which wasn’t clear when your then it’s impossible to delete the subscription. I finally figured out how to delete my card. No one to contact no way to talk to anyone. It’s a shame because I do like the product. Also I never received a shipment so had to dispute it with my credit card. Just a big pain in the arse all way around.
