I ordered their tallow product and on their website it doesn't tell you that it's out of stock or on backorder. So when I found out it was going to take a month to get shipped, I asked for them to cancel my order. Then a month later, I get an email that it's going to ship. I immediately respond to cancel my order and they said they can't because it's shipped. But it hasn't- according the USPS website, they haven't picked up the product yet. But the company still refused to cancel the order. They said they only refund if the product is damaged, but according to their refund section on the website, it doesn't state that. I would give no stars if possible. This company is the worst.
