We paid for an "expedited" marriage which still took 4 days. Then, when we got the certificate, one of our names was wrong (middle and last name were repeated twice). It's been over a week and still nothing. When we call, we are put on a hold line (doesn't matter the time) and you are told for at least 30 min that you are "first in line". Most of the time, the call then disconnects. When you do reach someone, they are in "sales" and can't help but "customer service" will call you back shortly. They never do. When you email, it takes days for a response and always an excuse. It's been over two weeks for an "expedited" marriage and we don't even know if we are legally married. We don't know where to go next as no one will answer our call. We are so very disappointed. Please look elsewhere. There has to be better companies. This is feeling like a scam.
