I had the package sent to Austria to avoid customs fees, but now, due to your mistake, I would have to travel again and pay extra — which I refuse to do.I am not a new customer. I have spent hundreds of euros with this company on a LED grow light, a grow tent, and a full irrigation system. I trusted your service and quality — and now I receive an incomplete order after paying in full.If this is not resolved immediately by sending the missing add-on to my home in Switzerland or issuing a partial refund, I will update this review and post my experience across multiple public platforms and grower communities.Waiting for your urgent reply.
