Bought a tent from them and it was defective as soon as I got it. The zipper was separated from the seem in a way that was irreparable. I reached out to them to see about exchanging for a non broken tent, they literally refused to do an exchange, refund, no solution whatsoever. I contacted them literally as soon as I got because it arrived broken so you figured some kind of warranty even 30 days would apply in some way…NOPE. They will sell you broken gear and not fix the situation WHATSOEVER!! Just as bad as vivosun, if not worse. Quality and customer service (I didn’t think that was even possible). I tried for well over a month to get a resolution and they eventually just stopped responding. I ordered DIRECTLY through them too, so it wasn’t a vendor issue. It was a Mars Hydro purposely screwing over an American customer because they are safe and protected in china issue. You’d get better results and less light leaks/gaping holes stitching laundry bags(with holes) together than using this junk. Their customer service attitude 100% reflects that they know it’s junk and do not care…. whatsoever. Especially if your a paying customer from America. “Influencers” that peddle/“review” this crap get paid/persuaded in someway to “play nice” in their reviews so don’t believe that crap. That’s how I ended up getting shafted.
