What made my experience great was when I had trouble that Mars hydro jumped right into action to fix it, they really care about happy customers, sometimes it can be painful waiting on the emails and we get impatient, but with patience they get the job done and if there is any problems with in the best of there power and abilities they fix it fast, I had a couple minor problems and they wasted no time getting the job done. I want to thank the Mars Hydro team for making me a faithful and happy customer. This company is doing very well with making sure they ship out what you ordered at a reasonable Fashion and making sure that they take care of all problems mentioned.Only thing I feel they could work on is getting a 1-800 number so that we as customers are able to speak to a live person, if Mars hydro opened up the doors to me I would actually be happy to team with them to provide such a task to better there customer service to help customers all over the United States, I feel as a customer my self that speaking with a live agent makes the experience a lot more relaxing for in client with a problem, and this would also boost sells as well, sometimes it could be difficult speaking through email because we as customers today are so adapted to todays life of just making a call to companies to get problems solved faster. But I also understand why Mars hydro uses email as well because it’s better for them to read the problems so that nothing is missed. Over all I want to Thank Mars Hydro and can’t wait to do more business with them.I would like to share a small example of one of my problems and how it was fixed. So I ordered custom kits and the FC E8000 with the UR45 light, everything was going well, the next couple of days as items were shipping out I get an email telling me that the UR45 has been discontinued. I was then asked if I wanted to do a exchange for an Adlite, I agreed to do a adlite but it had to be equivalent to the light I was receiving, so upon my request for the UR55 and the IR30, Mars Hydro not only delivered my request but got it shipped out as quickly as possible for the inconvenience, Situations like this What keep happy customers and I will forever be a Mars Hydro customer.
