I have 2 stars just for the fact they replied. They knew their light was out of stock but still had it on the site as in stock, let me place the order and then after a few days of no confirmation we phoned only to be told the lights were in customs and would take 2/3 weeks. 4 weeks passed and still no light or even an update. When we complained we were given some discount code(I won’t be buying from them again so what was the point?), really really poor from mars hydro, I should have taken it further as they basically scammed me out of my money, sure I got a refund but it’s not the point, they should say when items are not in stock before you make the purchase. The lights, when you can get them, are actually pretty decent but the customer service in the uk is 3rd rate, so so poor, there are other alternatives now such as Sf which I’d use before I ever buy from mars again.Avoid them like the plague, they are very poor.
