Bought 6 inch inline fan and filter. First few days it was good.. Then the fan stopped working. I figured out it was the knob controller even though I only had it on 1/3 of capacity the whole time as the fan is so loud I can hear it all over my house!! Company got back to me straight away and told me to send proof of purchase and a video of the problem. I did this sraight away. Its now over a month. In the meantime, i took the controller apart and the circuit board was burnt out.. A potential fire hazard?? They are the worst company I've ever dealt with!! They sent me an email asking if my address was correct which I told them it was. Then they said they sent it already and didn't give me a tracking number.BUT 9 days later I get another email saying my post code is not correct so they can't send it until I give them the postcode... even though they already had it otherwise how could they possibly have sent my order in the first place??? I could write pages about how incompetent they are but I don't want to get any more stressed than I already am. For such a large company you would think they might get one good customer service person in each country. I will never buy from them again.. BEWARE!!
