Im still awaiting a refund after a month of chasing this, the decision was made by the FOS that i was due a refund after accepting the offer on the 9th september i was told it would be in my account within 5-7 working days after waiting nearly 2 weeks i got back in touch to be told it now needed a managers approval and that would take another3 days ive then waited again to be told it would be in my account within 5 working days as it had been sent to the finance team for processing and after speaking to customer services today as the customer care team dont have a number and take forever to respond to emails they advise the finance team have now said they are awaiting further evidence/ approval which means its now been over a month of being fobbed off and lack of response to emails from myself and the Ombudsman team and im guessing its now going to be another 5 - 7 days of waiting for something else to crop up and need approving even though this has been approved and sorted through the ombudsman.
