Good enough insurance, easy to sign up but not that happy about cancelling the insurance when our car broke down and needed selling for spares.
We are not in a place to buy a new car so needed to cancel the contract Initially they wanted to charge me two cancellation fees (£75 +£30) for canceling my policy and a recent business insurance add on for a job that unfortunately fell through. I persevered and a very helpful customer service chap named Arthur sorted out the cancellation with just the £75 admin fee.
When and if we buy a car again I'm not sure I'll be returning to Marshmallow..
