It is the third time I ordered, and the third time they fail as support. First time they did not send the promised Goodie, but a cheap knockoff, which they did not admit, a 650 euro order, with a 20 euro goodie... Second time the did not declare the functions regarding connectivity on the product page clearly, and again, they do not admit it. Third time now, again connectivity issues of 'old' lights, instead of helping a long time customer, they try to "bribe" you with a 5% coupon, saying that's the best they can do, but at the same time, they offer a 10% coupon on the website for everybody. So they try to get rid of you is the experience I get. You bought it, you're on your own now... And, two stars only because the product aren't that bad, otherwise... 0P.S.: sending an e-mail stating, I get reward point if I leave a positive review, makes it even worse.
