First light I got 3 years ago. The driver went. They told me they could send a new one if I paid for shipping. I did. They then told me they don't have any stock and to buy a new one. Hesitantly I did. The dimmer didn't work. They said I'd have to send back the whole item as they don't keep stock of a replacement driver. Asked for a refund and they said I had to ship it myself. After many arguments they finally arranged shipping. After they received it, it took them nearly 3 weeks to issue the refund. Will never use them again.
