Was promised 8-15days delivery.. Didn't get a tracking number after 8days so I was getting a bit worried/frustrated because of the negative reviews here and decided to try sending them mail regarding the issue. Got the answer pretty much right away from their customer service after sending it with all the required info and more. Package arrived just a few hours later after that:)Proud owner of a TSW-2000 which has performed splendidly for 5years and the new FC-3000EVO seems even better on its side so 5/5 on delivery/quality/customer service so far.The only brand that comes into my mind with "made in China" label putting a wide smile to my face
