The photos show a lovely sweater with an oil-painting design. I normally wear an XL, but I ordered an XXL to be safe and to have room to layer underneath.What I received was a cheap, itchy polyester jacket that’s too short and too tight, and it looks absolutely nothing like the photos. Total clickbait/false advertising.Customer service then offered 20% for me to keep it instead of a full refund, and they want me to pay to ship it back overseas. Not acceptable. Avoid.
