They are extremely rude and will only answer the phone if it’s regarding payments. Will refuse to speak if it’s regarding issues. They leave maintenance Issue for months and refuse to send anyone. They use old photos to submit to deposit schemes. They show up to houses unannounced and try to make tenants pay for issues that the landlord is liable for.
