Maru Voice Canada has removed points from my account for surveys that I completed with no explanation. They also don't always credit points for completed surveys. I keep screen shots of the invitation, some of the questions, and confirmation of completion. Even though I email this proof and ask why points were removed a few days later, or not credited at all, they refuse to respond. This has happened several times. This is fraudulent behaviour. I now contact the companies when it is clear they were the ones behind the survey. Companies like Montellier, Nature's Path, etc. They need to know that Maru Voice is not paying for completed surveys. These companies pay for the service, which is scamming both the participants and the companies who hire them. I always point out to the companies that it makes participants think of them negatively and that I will no longer purchase or try their products. Obviously, these companies will have a way to contact Maru and not be ignored since they have a contract with them. If enough people do this, perhaps Maru will be held accountable. Branded surveys has excellent customer service. Just keep proof of your work along the way. They're very good at crediting points when there is an error at the end of the survey, as long as you have screen shots.
