I have noticed that survey points were deducted from my account under the description “survey reconciliation,” despite the fact that I successfully completed and submitted the surveys. No explanation has ever been provided for these deductions. I have contacted Maru several times regarding this issue, but I have not received any response. It is very frustrating to have points removed without clarification and to have my concerns ignored.
