The grill and its accessories was packed very well and arrived in perfect condition as far as the exterior pieces go. In my case I needed delivery late in the month and had requested the same and was told that it was no problem. I ended up getting a call from the,trucking company that it was coming 2 weeks early, which created a problem in that the deck,this,was going on was under construction still. They would not hold the delivery without charging me an excessive fee for storage. I mentioned I hadmrequested a late delivery and was told “well this is our rule”. Not the biggest of issues, but it made problems that I didn’t need; I can’t test anything until I can put the grill on the new deck.
