Their customer support is the WORST I have ever experienced. It is ALL robot and AI. They ask for screenshots on VERY easy to understand problems. If you have a problem with this game, In anyway. Money purchases going wrong. You WON'T get help from the support. It is designed so they don't have to deal with the public at all. and the game just isn't that fun. and I agree with other people on here, They give you the worst team mates they can muster. Just a terrible game. Terrible customer service. Play with caution. But I warned you.
