After receiving an automated reply promising I would be contacted. A year went by with no response. I spoke with Lillian in customer service who was able to see my original contact. She promised someone would contact me. More weeks passed and I contacted her again. More promises, no response. I am giving up now as there is no one that will help in this company. I urge anyone considering Marvin doors and windows to consider the complete lack of support you will receive in the event you have an issue with these top dollar products.
