Our experience left us feeling traumatized. Our move did not go as we expected, and our furniture was damaged. When we confronted the owner, he became belligerent. We felt as though we were being bullied, blackmailed, and that the owner cares more about his star rating than he does about actual customer service. When we left a negative review, the owner threatened us with litigation if we did not take the review down. We felt that he would rather bully a customer into giving him an unearned 5-star review than try to earn it from his customer. Also, I noticed that one of the 5-star reviews left on this site was by a person whom has the same name as the owner.We refused to sign an NDA that forces us into silence so that we cannot tell others of our experience.
